Qualifications for Business Visitor Visa
Intend to stay in Canada for a duration of fewer than six months Do not intend to engage in the Canadian Labor Market Possess a primary place of business and source of income and profits located outside of Canada Satisfy Canada’s fundamental entry criteria (possess a valid travel document, such as a passport, have sufficient funds for the stay and return journey, intend to depart Canada upon the visit’s conclusion, and pose no criminal, security, or health risk to Canadians).
